Meet the Team

Lead Artist - Dani

I’m a mural artist and illustrator who creates for the child within us all—the one who still believes in color outside the lines and finds magic in everyday moments. Kansas City is home, but I travel far and wide turning blank walls into vibrant, joy-filled stories for businesses, communities, and individuals.

Before I painted walls, I directed stages. I spent nine years as a high school theatre teacher, where I learned how to bring big ideas to life with heart, humor, and a whole lot of teamwork. That background still shapes how I work today—collaboratively, creatively, and always with an eye for storytelling.

My inspiration comes from daily life: the rhythm of a city street, the stillness of a sunrise, the laughter of strangers. I use bold imagery and a kaleidoscope of color to design murals that spark joy, ignite conversation, and cultivate community.

At the heart of it all is collaboration. I love working with clients who are passionate about creating spaces that connect people, celebrate life, and maybe even inspire a little wonder.

Artist - Tony

Born and raised in Norway, I took a scenic route to mural painting—through tattoo shops and restaurant kitchens. Before I was painting walls, I was inking skin and perfecting sauces, which means I have a steady hand, an eye for detail, and opinions about garlic that I’ll defend with passion.

These days, I trade tattoo needles for spray cans and chef knives for paint brushes. My style is all about bold lines, crisp edges, and just the right amount of mischief. I like my murals like I like my jokes—smart, sharp, and a little unexpected.

As Dani’s painting partner, I help bring big ideas to life on a very big scale. I keep things running smoothly on the wall (and keep her laughing along the way). I believe art should be fun, fearless, and leave a mark—without anyone needing a bandage.

ELLIE: THE ART PUP

Hi, I’m Ellie the Art Pup—Chief Morale Officer, wall inspector, and professional scale model for Dani Roma Creations. I travel with Dani and Tony, greeting neighbors, guarding paint cups, and approving every pop-art color. I handle site supervision and snack quality control, then jump into scale shots so you can see how big the wall really is. I love community paint days, kid high-fives, and park naps between coats. Off duty, I map dog-friendly stops and remind my humans to hydrate. Follow our road trips, behind-the-scenes wiggles, and occasional zoomies. #EllieTheArtPup
